What does it mean when you say European inspired, American made?
‘Mainly we were looking for a solution for our own child, we had a non-toxic formula in mind based on what parents in Europe were using and found an excellent US based partner that had the regulatory approvals to produce the pacifier cleaning spray. What started out as solving a problem for our own son, has quickly expanded into a business due to demand from other parents, and we are so happy to share this product with you.’ (Quote from Founder)
How do I know the product is working?
Once you spray the formula, it is important to wait for 15 seconds before wiping it off. It's also important to use the formula within the 2 year expiry date range and once opened, you should use the product within 3 months.
Please refrain from unscrewing the cap completely and exposing the solution to the open air, as exposure to oxygen will impact the stability and therefore effectiveness of the product. Since the product is a spray product, there is no need to unscrew the lid.
If you follow these instructions, you can be confident that you are using a stable form of hypochlorous acid, which is a natural cleanser and cleaner.
Why don't you offer refillable bottles, this would be more sustainable?
Unscrewing the bottle cap to refill it, would allow oxygen to make contact with the formula, which will affect the stability of the hypochlorous. We agree, that refillable bottles are important from a sustainability standpoint and through research and innovation, we are looking for a way to provide this product in a way that doesn’t impact the stability and therefore effectiveness of the hypochlorous acid.
